Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from your records
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

To improve our Membership, we may receive a notification when you open an email from us or click on a link therein. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from us, you may opt-out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

Testimonials

We may display personal testimonials of yours from time to time received via email or as otherwise received from you by us. By accepting the Terms of Use and this Policy, you give us specific consent to use such personal testimonial. If you would like us to remove your testimonial or customer review at any time, please simply contact us at admin@widowsquad.com and we will promptly do so.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt-out of any future contacts from us or request that we discontinue sending email and other communications at any time by contacting us at admin@widowsquad.com.

Registration

In order to enroll in the Membership, a user may complete a registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services in our Membership in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time, our membership requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore whether or not to disclose the information sought by such surveys or contests. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).
